Spk vs. thruster

mike douglas has said that its essentially the same ski as the cr pro with new graphics, they say it still works so why change it... and i think its just lots of extra fiberglass... but no wood
 
yup, it is the pinnacle of the older spaceframe technology (as oppsosed to the foil and scrambler) where they add fiber glass where ever they can, while taking it away where it isnt needed.
 
a salomon rep told me that they r the same ski with a metal sheet on the top covered by fiberglass, it does something with the speed and gives more pop, if you look at a teneighty and thrusters u can see the metal plate on top
 
Haha, every time a new Salomon ski comes out half of everyone on NS starts claiming that there is wood in it.
