SPK strap prob

The big strap got frayed and it fell off the bolts at the back. So what should i do to get the strap back on the boot? Also what are some good inner liners to buy for spk cuz I wanna change mine.
any help is greatly appreciated

I have to same problem whit the strap, but i change my boot next year. But i want too know too

Get a booster strap, I prefer them to the spk strap so it would be an upgrade, you should also probably get intuition liners to if your looking for liners

All you need to do is take them to a shop, they will drill out the strap rivets and bolt your strap back on using a larger spacer. Its pretty common if the boots are carried by the strap, but luckily its a very easy fix.

As for liners there are a few options, Intuitions are ok but the best I have used are the sidas Pro form liner. They are a full foam injection liner, personally I dont use the Comp liners with the foam tounges as I like the standard tounges you get with the pro form liner. There pricey in the USA in Canada but if you get them from Europe there cheaper then intutions and alot better. You do need a footbed to go in them but you would with an intution any way so which ever way you go price in a custom insole too.

Does anyone ever think that someone else is better than themselves and that you are not going to ever be as good as them but they may tell you you are good?

yup i got the same problem! i was thinking about going to a hardwear store and trying to find some extremely tiny bolts, nuts, and big washers with tiny holes in them. I would try to drill the old strap holder out, then place a nut in the inside of the boot with a washer on the outside. then put the bolt throught the washer, through the boot, and into the nut. profit.

you can fix your current strap like Tom above said, but if it is too worn or shot or you want to try something different, look at a Booster or our Dual Strap:

I installed a pair on Andreas Hatveit's boots before Euro-X and he really digs them. Basically it is a 55mm powerstrap that is split in the middle, allowing you to separately tighten the tongue portion and the shell portion. This allows the tongue to sit nice and flush to the shin while separately keeping the lower strap tight against the shell.
