Spk pro pain with lower buckle

I got fitted spk I got a wide feet and big calves that being the spk really feel great, but when I go for a Ollie, manual, I get pain from the lower buckles , I read somewhere that you can separate the red and yellow heel peice so my feet will be lower?!, thanks hope you can help the bootfitter is 1hour away!

1 hour is close! I used to have people make a 10 hour round trip to see me. Get on that son!

Did you get a footbed with the boot? It sounds like your foot is twisting a bit as you go through the motions to ollie. Do you feel your heel lift when it happens?

Yes I got a footbed with the boot and get them heat mold , it only hurts when I manual and sit on my skis backseat , my heel doesn't move at all ,
