SPK Buckle

I need help with my spk buckles, on one boot i can turn the buckles to make them tighter or looser when my boot is buckled. on the other boot it won't even turn, it seems like their locked and i cant find a way to turn them. im not sure if i explained this very well and i dont feel like going to a shop to ask a question like this cause it probably has an obvious answer.
 
this happened to me, then i realized it was tightest they could go, and i felt really dumb

Just fucking spin it really hard. I had the same thing with my ghosts, the left toe buckle doesn't spin smoothly, but I just spun it to the tightest it could go and left it be. So yeah, just twist it harder. It's metal, so it shouldn't break. If it does, not my fault.
 
i cant spin it either way. it just doesnt move ill push on it both ways really at and it does nothing.
 
Spin it harder then. I thought mine were locked too, then I just screwed the buckle off and fuckin' cranked 'er. If you still can't after that, then I don't know what you should do. But yeah, try removing the buckle.
 
Nevermind, I don't think the SPK has the 3D buckle. Never mind. I would continue cranking it. If you break it, you can probably just get a new one for free from salomon anyway.
 
ya it took alot of cranking, and it was like it was glued or something cause i had to spin it around a couple times to make it move easier and it still doesnt spin very well, but thanks ill just keep spinning till it works ok.
