Youre a member with over 200 posts, so id assume you kow this, but in case you dont:

Boots are the most important piece of equipment that you will buy, own, and use. Having the wrong boots can ruin a season, and just the same, having the correct boots can give you the most unforgettable season of your life. These days, every kid/skier seems to want either spks, or full tilts, or both. There are so many boots out there, that could fit your needs, its silly to limit your choices to one or two boots. You shouldnt get a boot because thall rocks it, tj swears by it, or seth wont use anything but it. You should get a boot based on what fits your foot. The only way to do this is to go to an experienced boot fitter. If you want to, try and find one that stocks the boots you think youd like to get. If not, theyll still be able to fit you to a boot that fits your foot. While this is more expensive, trust me, the investment is something that youll never regret.

Based on all of this information, im not going to recommend any boot to you. Im going to recommend that you go to a bootfitter and have it done right. You wont regret it.

wow that makes me feel bad b/c my whole life i'd had boots from second hand store since i can't afford new boots every year since my feet are still growing (fucking feet). any tips for people like me? i was planning on some second-hand store boots again... but i'd like nicer ones

i posted basically the same thing in another thread recently.

my advice to you:

neither. go to a professional bootfitter and have them show you what they have that fits your skiing and feet. have them show you what they can do to both of these boots, but also to others. too many kids read about/see people wearing boots and say they have to get them. spend your money on what fits you, not what looks/sounds cool. if you've done some research/tried them on before then ill give you more credit for making a step in the right direction, but asking what boot on ns and only going with the advice given on ns is a very bad mistake that i think a lot of people make.

for ex: getting a kypton boot is sweet. a lot of people have them. if you dont have a narrowish foot tho, chances are its not gonna fit. but a lot of kids buy it cause they see others wearing it and read about how good it is. its only good if its the right fit.

Well since he didn't ask anyone for their opinion on fit, the boots fit practically the same, and he has most likely tried them on already, I would just answer his question by saying that I personally like the Kaos.

i have skied on both of the boots and i like the kaos better because i like the snowboard pull string cuz it wraps the liner real tight and when i skied on the kreation i always thought it felt funny cuz it was looser.

If u got the money the Kaos are sick, comfy, and lightweight. but honestly...there are so many damn boots out there dude, u could find the ones that are perfect for u...ya just gotta look.
