Alright, so today while skiing I broke off the top buckle...well the part that hooks to the things on the tongue...how should I go about getting this fixed? Whats the quickest way

go to your shop.. someties they can fix it. if not, theyll have to send it in.

if youre real hard up, just tape that shit shut!
 
I dont know how it broke, i got off the lift and noticed it was loose, I checked and the hook part was completely broken off..
 
it would appear that you really have loved them to death! get them sent back to salomon and they should sort them out! next seasons look awesome by the way, brown leather in a cowboy stylee!

i wish every boot was like the spk!

but i can see how the buckle would break where yours did. use more of the micro and less of the bale... youll get in just as snug, and there will be no breaking.
 
the rivit that hold the strap on the back broke off mine the other day.

i brought em back to the shop i got em at and he just put a ghetto pin thing in and said it wont void the warrenty and i can send em back at the end of the year and get sum new ones for next year
 
yes i have tried them on, they are shaped at 90 degrees to make everyone look like they are tanner hall( really backseat style) the gel layer in the bottom of the boot also makes them less stable than a boot with half a gel sole or juist hard in the bottom
