today they posted they will not open the 22nd there opening the 1st of december. gay! i need to ski i might have to make it to wild this weekend
 
there you go again bringing up good points and being all smart and stuff. i suppose spirit wouldnt have half the stuff they had without the snowmobile thing eh?
 
Spirit has no excuse to not be open when Wild's been open for a week. And I heard that they said in the paper that they can make snow when it's above freezing.
 
i wonder if they will have anything to play on when they first open up. when i used to ski there back in the day they never had any rails up when they opened. shit...sometimes they didnt get their park or ANYTHING resembling a park up until mid JANUARY
 
Christie Mt. will be opening the 30th. One of the parks with a high speed tow will be open with two tables and two rails. Also a few other trails.
 
christie is aight. i grew up skiing there, that place is so much fun. last year they had a 40 foot table, 50 ft table, and flat bar. fun stuff to play on.
 
Block you should get in touch with me if your in the area in the next week or two . I would like your input on park layout for the smaller parks, and rustys I'm thinkin just goin big like last yearbut a little higher on the trail with the big tables. Would like to go nutty with rails on foxhop, like a rail garden, huge roll in at the top like a drop deck.
 
you can blow above freezing its just a matter of the humidity, you can blow in warmer weather with less humidity, or colder weather with more humidity
 
yeah that works, blowing snow pretty much requires on of the two (low temp or low humidity) if i remember correctly

 
i saw a texas crew the other day, and thats exactly what they were wearing, it was like, 10 degrees too, simply epic
