try and bite your ear off. Really, when you're in the air, just wind up a little depending on how big the jump is then just keep looking over your shoulder to spot your landing. Standing on the ground, you might want to just twist your body around, keeping your feet still until you can see the tips of your skis on the other side of you.that will give you a feel of what you need to do in the air. don't bother trying to spin your legs much, because as long as you rotate your upper body your legs will follow, because your spine follows your eyes and legs follow spine. If you watch movies, it sometimes helps to put it on slow motion if you can while people are spinning because then you can see how they move themselves. Basically with any trick, if your not getting it just relax for a minute and think about where you might be going wrong and what you can do to fix it, then try again.
