aight im a newb an all in the terrain park, although i can grind i cant seem to get my air tricks down like spins so i ask the EXPERTS of skiing, please give me some tips

well you should first try to do 3's, so when you pop off the jump make sure that your hands are in front of you to mantain your balance (because you dont wanna get corked cause your a newb) then use your head to look which ever way you spin and keep your eyes on the landing.

you guys should help the newbies out, don't be the too cool fools. If you know how to explain step by step how to do something, be nice pass it on.

Take an afternoon by your self and go out and giver hell. Take a hammering for an day like everyone else here did when they all learned how to spin. Just follow your head.

you have enough tips now go out and practice, no one can completly tell you how to do it over the internet

at first just get sum air.. be really comfortable in the air.. then just go off sum small jumps and try to spin a little bit.. i started out with 180s then just got bigger.. besure to stay balanced and dont lean back or u'll deff. crash

your just sad because your a girl and are obviously of no help because girls don't hit jumps any more than they poop

but seriously, huck your meat

3. do 180's off the ground- then do 180's off bumps-then do them over a small jump- then do them over a bigger jump- then do them over a huge table.

2. do 360's off the ground- then do 360's off bumps- then do them over a small jump- then do them over a bigger jump- then do them over a huge table.

3. do a 540 over a pretty big jump- then do them over a huge table.

4. do a 720 over a huge table.

I'm no expert, the last thing I tried last season was a 720 off a 'pretty big jump'- which wasnt big enough so I could never land it.

But I figure that until you get to bigger spins that is the 100% easy as way to learn tricks, and never get hurt. just step em up slowly.

and im not that good a skiier but I can do up to 540's comfortably- through that simple method

nice... at least we know one person on this site has seen the lovely banners with the bunnies, squirrels, and other fun woodland animals.

ya just learn the small spins first make sure you have 3's down well before anything else, also make sure to ski switch when you can

pretty much how I learned. It's easy if you have good friends to learn from, if not then that sucks

yeah I agree with the people that say go just do it and dont ask, I mean its good to ask but yeah. my first day I learned most of my spins I just ate shit. cork 3's= bloody forhead. 5's well I fell but no too bad. cork 7's=so many ouches with that trick, just go d for it and when you get it down wrok on your style and grabs.

yes I smacked my head on my knee and my goggle and "helmet" came apart and there wasnt that muuch blood but its was bleeding. It was at brighton and I under estamatid a jump that I didnt know was supoosed to be a hip and I tried to clear the whole thing. It wasnt my first cork 3 but it was the most painful.
