Spins and flips

Does anyone spin one way but when they go to spin and flip, like a rodeo or something, spin the opposite way?I spin to the left but when i do a rodeo i can only do it to right, i was just wondering if anyone else does because its pissing me off

i spin to the left, misties to the left, d-spins to the left, corks to the left, and flatspins (haven't landed one, but i'm trying.....oh am i trying) to the left, but i do lincolns, rodeos, flares, barranis and frontfulls (it's a weird thing that i'm just calling a front full) to the right. thats what i'm comfertable with....but i can do all tricks both ways....oh, this is on a trampoline....i'm hoping that this both ways thing stays for when i bring it all to snow this winter...my goal is to make the judges wonder which way is my natural way.

haha yea thats a good idea then they might score you higher, but thats what i was wondering if its going to mess me up when i try it on snow oh well ill just have to see

i do everything to the left, but baranis, i do to the right...i cant help it, i never noticed it before either

when I did my first comp(I did two) we had to do three jumps and they count the beswt two jumps to determinate the place. I threwed a slightly corked 720 toxic and then threw the same move but on my unnatural side. it was cool..

On the tramp, I do all the tricks on both side cause my cousin is a left spinner ( I'M a right spinner) and he cant understand the tricks I want him to learn when I do them on my natural side so I beagan to do them unnatural to hep him.

I do almost everything to the left.... except flairs. and I can rodeo both ways, but when I go right, it is almost always a flat spin style rodeo... yep.

Now that I think about it, I do flairs to the right... hmmmm.....

There's higher points for darkside in competitions. I heard some of the pros talking about putting together a judging manual this summer.

The way snowboarders do it is the 4 ways of 360:

a)360

b)switch 3

c)darkside 3

d)switch darkside 3

With difficulty going in that order.

and the same thing with the switch thing???

THose thing cannot be applied to ski since after 90, we are always facing the side, and that in snowboarding, backside spin are when you face the top of the hill and frontside when you face the bottom. Another problem is that on board spinning backside is as easy as spinning frontside wich is different from skiing where unnatural spin are harder than natural spin.

Switch and backside are the same thing in snowboarding, in skiing I believe that backside is unnatural and coming in backwards is switch.

Anyway I throw everything to the left except my bigger spins like 720s and switch spins.

no he meant darkside 360. darkside means unnatural. there is no true backside and front side in skiing, but i sometimes use backside for some things

i can spin 5's both ways, and can misty/rodeo/flatspin both ways on the tramp.

i changed my name to turd ferguson...its a funny name, see there, it says turd...thats funny
 
i do rodeo 7s both ways and misty 5s both ways the guy eric hjlorfeson (i spelled his name really bad)in balance does like the same 2 tricks corked 7s and misty 7s but he does them both ways it is sick

 
yes i do 180 right 360,540,720 and 900 to the left but spin and flip to the feft on back moves but to the right on front moves that are inverted!!!

switchfront, berman reversed a ton of the clips in balance, as i said in teh scott hibbbert post, so most likely the clips are reversed.

i spin to my left when takin off the jump normal, but i spin to my right when i take off switch (cause im goofy on a skateboard). im thinking about trying to spin to my right full time, ill see how that works out this season. but then again it might not be a big problem since philou does this too (normal - left , switch - right) and he seems to get along just fine with it.
