spinning

do you guys think its unstylie to wind up before spins? i know when cr does 1080s and stuff he kinda has to because its such a big spin...but i dont like when people wind up and throw a 360, its funny looking.

i dont think its needed but it helps some people just learning how to spin

anything over 540 you pretty much have to wind up for, and switch thing I find I have to wind up a lot more than normal. and unnaty = always

Jon Olsson does it very often, even when he does stylie 5's. I dont think it makes a difference, its what u do in the air, and how you take the landing that should determine style.

help me find my bike, and beat the shit out of those theives

the windup is definitely necessary for bigger spins. The nice thing is usually you can tell if somebody is going to throw something pretty big if you see the windup.

or they will throw a pencilled out 5

i hate posers. thanx to harvey and all who contribute to the site for makin it so kick ass. the world is my very own pot party.

i can bust 3's with out much of a windup, but i think 5- and up requires it most of the time

I try to carve off the lip of the jump, feels a lot smoother in the air than a nasty wind-up

for corks, bio and anything else but a normal spin u have 2 wind up. i think it looks good if u go off axis and wind up

yeah and it heightens the anticipation of onlookers too. they see you sittin on your tails, haulin ass for a hit. you stand up and ready yourself and you wind up a little bit and they are like 'oooo shit this is gonna be nice man check it out!' and then you do a spread eagle, to daffy twister.
