Spinning/Ski Question

would having a 178 ski slow down my spin a noticable amount compared to a 171 ski?

i am 5'8" 120 pounds, and the skis in question are invaders

it wouldn't be that bad unless youre throwin 9's or more.

id say get the larger ski if your gonna have them for a while and ski anything outside the park but if youre gonna have the skis for no more than 2 years and are planning on spending 95+ % of youre time in the park get the 171's. i ski 174 rossi scratch fs skis and am as tall as you but 15 lbs heavier. the skis are perfect and will not be too small in a year or two.

your 5'8" and your gonna get 178's....i say go with the 171's because im 6' and 165lbs and i have 166's salomon foil's and i love them

i am relatively the same size as him and i have the 178's and i love them so ya, they arent gonna be too much ski for you, also i'm not done growing so ya

that's a little bit small, but soo many people get skis that are too big. im 5'8 160 and i think the 166 foils are perfect for me. 171 would prob be just as good, but w/e

i would regularly say that a 178 ski would be too big for me, but because of the softness of the invaders and the center mounting its a good size for me.
