I've rwcently learned how to 360 and have been bringing them to bigger jumps and landing them fine, but the day after i did them on bigger jumps, the side of my shins/calfs kill me when i put pressure on them. It started off as a wierd sore feeling in my calf but now, when i spin my calfs and shins burn with pain. Is this shin bang? How can i stop it? It lkmits me from 3'ing more and exceling

Ice them. In the lodge for lunch, excellent opportunity to get some ice in your shins. At home chillin' get some ice on them. Ice them whenever your not skiing.

People really need to stop saying "Full Tilts" whenever a thread about shin bang pops up. Not everyone wants to drop hundreds of dollars on new boots when there are much cheaper solutions.

land more forward and not so far backseat. like everyone says ice as much as possible! if you ski a lot, take a day or two off and dont ski or ski only rails/groomers and dont hit jumps and spin. goes away after a couple days of ice.

Make sure you aren't landing backseat, and that you aren't kuckling the jump, and that you aren't overshooting the jump
