so now i can land 360s but im inconsistent with them. lately i am closer to a 540 than 360 because as i do them more i get better at spinning and over rotate more. Is there a trick to stopping ur rotation? because lately i have been over rotating way too much. K+++ and please dont call me a scrub im just getting into park

keep your head turned the way you want to spin until you spot your landing. when you spot it keep looking at it and the rotation will slow down and the rest of your body will follow

ur probably overrotating because you either throw it too hard or you don't spot your landing, (r u just looking into space?) looking over your shoulder can help you spot your landing and thus, time it better. I usually take a jump once or twice just to get used to it. But if u want to 540, just throw a little harder, so ur at 360, keep ur head facing downhill but let ur body continue the rotation, this will stop your rotation at 540. hope this helped

Just to clear things up, don't look OVER your shoulder, look around it. When you jump, bring your legs closer to your body and maybe even get a grab in there. Keep your head looking for your landing and as soon as you see your landing drop your legs and open your legs and arms to stop your rotation.
