Spinning help

I'm working on getting a 7 dialed

I've done 1 in my life and I need to get it down quicker.

I can get to the 5 but after the first 360 the 180 is slow, and I can't get my shoulders around fast enough for a 7...any tips?

first throw some really tucked up 5's on a smaller sized jump, get them absolutly dialed then go to a larger jump and pop/spin as hard as those 5's on the little jump and just commit and think 7 all the way.

hmm maybe set your rotation better and remember to look over your shoulder, looking down lessens the rotation and sends you into the backseat

haha I dunno we've gotta build it.

If the ski patrol doesnt blow it up its going to be just a 15-20 foot jump...it's got a natural downhill landing.

I'm just jumping off of tables (without skis) and trying it for now

i had the same problem, you just got to go to a little bit bigger jump and throw yourself to the 7. if their are no bigger jumps then throw yourself like you were spinning a 9.

do 7's on the ground just keep practicing on the ground till you can do can do 7's on the ground, youll eventually get it

you need to just stay tucked longer. once you can do five just keep looking around. the hardest part is not getting a seven around it is landing on the right axis so that you do not land backseat.

if you cant get buy 5 its probably because you dont look over your shoulder the entire time. sounds like your spotting the landing at 3 so u stop at 5. mayb try cab5s cause that will get you used to the last 3. but you should also get on a tramp or a diving board, may work better than "benches
