we need to see some new grabs and other shit that doesn't get used much. that one big air grab was like 2 hands on the same ski. we need more of that stuff.

yeah haviets was sweet but so was TJs, i dunno the judges kinda favored him a lil bit i thinnk, even though i really like Shiller
 
thats what i like about where i ski, the jumps are so small that noone is going to throw anything past a 7 becasue it would look like shit...stuff is more thought out to be at a higher amplitude and a better style

you can't blame them for throwing 1080's to win. i mean if thats what the judges like why would they not throw 1080's. they arn't there to throw just something cool to make everyone on newschoolers happy, theyre there to win some fucking money.

I just think it's too bad that nobody is skiing for the beauty of it, instead of simply being circus monkeys jumping for the cash.

It just takes the soul out of it.
 
also if we cna jsut all agree spin to iwn is gay and win wiht the most creativity sking owudl be cool to watch and i mean COOL, cause i havnt felt the need ot watch skiing for so long.

and when you wonder why steezie poeple dont compete and complain about it its becuase until yesterdya everybody jsut loved psinnign to win and thye knew it was the lamezorz.
 
I agree i would of loved to see candide win yesterday. candide's underflip yesterday should of won it was so sick and he tryed somthing diff then what everyone was doing. and it was a fuckin underflip 1080 like what come on. thats sick!!
 
Gangier was doing cool peproll 1080's at the open and it looked sweet... I just want some sort of variance over straight up sw 10.

are you retarded? how about insurance, and house bills and all that shit. i don't think armarda pays for that. there is a life outside to skiing that needs to be paid attention to.

spinning more is progressing. you have to huck at first, then you style. Things have to be landed before you can make things look good. if people dont go bigger, we will be stuck in the same spot. so stop sayin its bullshit unless you want to be doing the same thing over an over until you stop skiing. dont rag on people who want to go bigger and do more

you do realize schiller wins slopestyle comps regularly, and that he puts together solid movie parts, therefore he is far from a one hit wonder.

And yes, we really do need some variety, especially different axis and rotations. I would much rather see a double rodeo or cork like wilson is doing, than another sw 10. And spinning to win isn't inherently bad, i think schillers sw 1440 was dope, but repetition is bad, and when everyone does the same trick it sucks. Also, I hate how everyone complains about anything that isn't a 5 or 180. While I agree that the sw 10's were lame, alot of the people that are knocking on that prolly knocked on wilsons double corks etc. If you don't want just sw 10s for infinity, than you need to accept new things.
