Spin + grab?

I am pretty confident on 360s now. And I want to learn to do it with a grab. Would safety be the easiest grab? I can throw safety easily on straight airs with both hands(not at the same time), so should I grab left safety or right when I spin to the left? And is it easier to throw in a grab on a 360 or a 180 first?

grabbing left or right is up to you. some grabs you will find go with the right hand like mute and some go with the left ezer like tail. spinning left. have a look down the list there's one about grabbing have a look and if you cant find what your looking for ask me from that one . ya dig
