Well, I just finished watching this which took a long time, and several skiers made it like JP Auclair, Glenn Plake, Shane McConkey, Candide, and Seth Morrison who got 7th which was awesome. BUT, they did what all tv shows do now, they show "freestyle skiing" which is cool but they always use old, gay footage which actually makes everyone think skiing still is old school. With all the sick things being done on skis they still somehow manage to make skiing look retarded by showing outdated footage of newschool skiing with stuff from like the Philou and Douglas era(with the exception of Ride Guide). Doesn't this piss you off?

the footy was like at least 2yrs old. they had some shots of JP from 1242 and also some shots of Seth in JP's spot, but at least they recognized skiing for once.

I missed the last top 10 tho. who did they say was the "top 3"?

i thought the free diver part was stupid. they showed that woman take a breath, hold onto a pole, and then swim back up. the entire time they were talking about what a phenomonal athlete she was. the seg lasted no more than 30 seconds.

i totally agree, he gets recognized because he goes sooo massivly big on his skateboard, and i give him credit for that. but i think skiing or snowboarding is more dangerous and requires more skill purely because of varible conditions that big mt guys rip in.

ya they akways do that for all :freestyle skiing" advertsiments except for the one for the xterra car with sage in it but that was like a milli-second long.

im supprised shaun white wasnt anywhere or even super high on the list. i think he's the only athlete that does both summer and winter x games in different sports (skating and snowboarding)

the reason they use old footage is because they have to buy it from leik PBP and MSP and its aloootttt cheaper than using recent foootage

Should have just showed Seth doing mistys/lincolns off 80 foot cliffs from Ski Movie 3. Not sure how diving can be cooler than that. Seth or Bender should be higher than Danny Way. Big air skateboard is cool, but they are not going as big as skiers and its so controlled on the big air ramp.

Also what about Jeremy Jones and T Rice?

tanner was 11th...and had one of the longest segments of the entire show. Its last years show which is why there wasnt any super recent footage...and the fact that old leftovers are cheaper. I really dont agree with the top 10...sure the diver and swimmer are pretty incredible in their own sports...they dont fit with the other 50 people on the list. Danny def deserves top 5 but I was surprised how far down Tony Hawk was. As anybody about "action sports" and thats about they only name they'll know. Was good to see alot of skiers though
