Speeding Ticket

So i got this ticket on saturday and now its tuesday for going 59 in a 35, downhill. I didnt even realize i was going that fast and i was surprized when the officier told me. I havnt told my parents yet. I had just gotten a grand prix gt after having a truck for a year, so i guess my parents trusted me enough so i could get a sporty type car, red by the way. And of course when i got it my parents were like "dont get a ticket". So how do i tell them? i decided to put it off until after my (18th) bday which is tomarrow...
 
nope tell them right away...i got a ticket when i was 16 and i told them right when i got home they were mad for like 5 mins after that it was all good because i was the one getting punished not them
 
well its too late now i already waited. and besides my mom was already pissed at me when i got home for something else so i couldnt tell her then
 
if you fight it you get a letter that has a court date, there is no way to figure out when that bad larry is coming in the mail with the offical state seal and all on the envelope. you won't get anything unless you don't pay it
 
i am on my parents insurance though. and the ticket is like $145 and i have no checking account i have to tell them. i need a good way to break it to them
 
just be like "yo mom, i know i fucked up, but i got a speeding ticket." and bs your way through it making it sound like you are already really sorry for it and shit.
 
just be like "yeah mom, i got a speeding ticket last saturday. i just thought you should know. i'll pay for it and shit." they'll probably be most angry about the spike in the insurance bill. you'll probably want to offer to pick up a job to help pay for your insurance. that's what i had to do when i was in your shoes.
 
explain the whole thang... that it was a big hill, you had a lot on your mind and you didn't notice.
 
i got scared I almost got a ticket the other day. it was a 35 and i was coming up around this corner going 50. and in this neighborhood i've had friend get tickets for going like 40.
 
just tell them, I find the longer I wait to say something the more I screw it up and the more shit I get into. also you have a red car that is classified as a sporty type so say hello to your insurance company bending you over
 
just say you'll pay the fines and the difference in the insurance. say whatever you can to sound responsible and they should respect that.
