if u do get ur license taken away just take it to a go cart place and they usually give u free races for speeding tickets ahahh thats how it is in WA haah

go to court most times the cop wont even show and youll get off free and not have to say a word

i live in NY by the way. and say i do show up to court, the cops not there, i still have to sign in and the judge is still going to call me to the stand is he not?

yeah, he calls you up and usually asks you what your plea is then gives you a chance to argue. Not sure how it works in NY, but you might have an opportunity to talk with and arrange a deal with the DA.

just talk to thte cop before you go to court, and he will tell the judge to get rid of the points
