Hey, is there anyone that lives in spain? I leave on Saturday, Sept. 3rd, to study at the university of Alicante until December 23. Any info regarding small trips would be cool also... plus ski info! thanks!

Im on Vaca in Spain right now using the hotel comp. Shit is lame, there is skiing in the Siera Nevada but they like dont sell twins, yet have a park. YOu only have to be 18 to buy beer tho, or 16 w- rents. Overall tho the US shits on Spain.

Spain at all for a number of reasons.

1. all of the kids try to immatate america and its fucking gay and their all read necks

2. i have shit better tasting foods than what they produce.

3. all of the stores are open only like 2-3 hours of the day, and they wonder why there economy is in turmoil.

4. pick pockets, nuff said.

5. girls are hairy/ungly/really bad acne

6. if you go with ur parents it sucks real bad cause their is nothing else but art musuems to see.

7. its not warm

8. everyone smokes cigeretts so everything smells like shit

9. and old women yell at you for various reasons

Alright, so any commentary on this subject is useless now that I am back in Colorado and have been since December 23rd. Sorry I haven't checked up on this thread because I've been busy skiing at Crested Butte, Vail, Keystone, and my local mountain, Eldora. Spain was really great, though I would have preferred to have been in Granada or the Pyrenness. I managed to make it to Espot in Cataluña and Granada for a weekend, both spectacular... I ended up snowshoeing because my two guy friends I didn't trust to ski well but it worked out fabulously in the end. I have to say that the women aren't as bad as portrayed and the men are cocky as hell, but rather nice people anyway. It felt like home but in spanish and a different continent.
