Does the concept of space evoke any emotion in anyone. I find it annoying that even if we could travel the speed of light, we could never travel out of our solar system because it's like millions of light years. No one could ever survive the trip. Black holes also confuse me (and everyone else in the scientific community). What happens on the event horizon? Someone tell me!!

the thing that really gets me, is that it supposedly never ends. and i dont think people can grasp the concept of infinity, like it just never stops. everlasting nothingness.

Currently no manned missions to the moon arr planned until well after 2020. There is just no motivation to go back there. Read a brief history of Time by Steven Hawking. It explains quantum physics, space time, black holes, everything. Mind you I couldn't understand much of the book, you need to be half genius to understand those big book learnin words, but its interesting. Its all interesting stuff. Fascinates me, however I prefer to read about a space fiction more. Titles like Foundation trilogy, and Hitchhikers guide to galaxy and such. I a nerd.
 
We should destroy space then. lol

the infinite thing gets me too, also so does the expanding thing, how does infinity expand?
