i checked my odyssey’s a few months back and watched the airline worker strip off the bases and shit inside of the ski. He then pops the base back in and sends them on there way

now I have a massive southwest airline worker shit permanently in my base but no one believes my story so no refund

Have you ever seen them unload a plane? They literally toss bags 5' or more to the tarmac.

I remember watching my dakine bag get yeeted out of plane. Literally dude threw it to the cart. Had a big abrasion mark too. Last time I traveled from Europe, my shell suitcase was cracked and DOA. Unusable after that. It was old but DAMN I had traveled across the world with it. American baggage handlers are definitely the roughest of the bunch

i’ve got a padded bag and wrap my skis lengthwise in bath towels for this reason. also never short on clean bath towels… for the first trip of the year at least ?
