Planning a trip down to S. America next summer. Curious for those who have done it how you went about it.

I was looking into some camps ... SASS and Evolve. I did some ski camps back in the day and it was nice having everything planned out, riding with pros who know the mountains ,etc but they are pretty expensive.

Also curious for those who have done it on your own how you found the experience? Would you have done a camp fi you could go back and do it again?

Interested in the deetz as well. I hung out with the SASS guys at mount snow 5 or 6 years ago. Seemed pretty awesome, I wanted to go, but just couldn't pull the funds together at that point.

SASS looks unreal and is by far my #1 choice right now. I could probably plan my own trip for way less, but I think it might be worth the extra money for the convenience of having everything set up, plus riding with pros is amazing and having someone who knows the mountain definitely helps.

Then again everything is pros/cons in life. Its definitely not a cheap trip so just curious

For sure. Now that they went global I'm thinking of doing one of the other trips. Then again, if it's in the northern hemisphere I'd never get off from work

Also if you go, post about it. Don't really know anyone who's done them. I'm sure it's great but curious.

damn that camp does look sick. never thought of going that way, but i can see the appeal towards it. definitely interested in hearing your experience there, argentinas been on top of my to ski list for years.
