THE FIRST IN A SERIES OF PACIFIC FRONTAL SYSTEMS IS BEARING DOWN ON CALIFORNIA TODAY. THIS SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH CALIFORNIA THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT BRINGING A RETURN OF RAIN TO THE LOWER ELEVATIONS AND SNOW TO THE MOUNTAINS AFTER A NEARLY TWO WEEK DRY SPELL. THIS WET WEATHER PATTERN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE WEEKEND AS MOIST WESTERLY FLOW OFF THE PACIFIC BRINGS MORE WEATHER SYSTEMS THROUGH NORTHERN AND CENTRAL CALIFORNIA. SNOW LEVELS WILL START OUT FAIRLY HIGH TODAY THROUGH SATURDAY SO SNOWFALL WILL BE CONFINED TO THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF THE SIERRA WHERE A WINTER STORM WATCH IS NOW IN AFFECT. SNOW LEVELS WILL DROP SATURDAY NIGHT AND EARLY SUNDAY DOWN TO AS LOW 4000 FEET. THEREFORE... THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS OF CALIFORNIA MAY BEGIN TO SEE SOME PERIODS OF HEAVIER SNOWFALL OVER THE SECOND HALF OF THE WEEKEND.

I wasnt hyping it or anything i just said i was skiing it for a friend since he got fucked. Whatever, the snow must be redick today stop trying to be E cool and go skiing.

It wasnt that amazing, kinda heavy. But theres a shitload of it up there and you could drop almost anything.

 
I went on 3-23 and will say it was the best snow all year. I went on monday and it was nice but yesterday it was wat better, really dry for snow in spring.
