Sorry bing, but my child does not suffer from colic

i am not one to usually complain about ads, and i do not mind the bing ads in the sidebars and all that jazz, but every time i load a page i get a popup from bing about some form of infant disease or something strangely creepy that i do not want to search
this popup somehow gets past adblock plus, i don't know how, but it does, so anything that can be done about it? once again, don't care about ads in the normal ad spaces or before videos, but i really don't like popups...
