so i have a wierd soreness in my upper abs/ lower ribs ive never had this before i've been having soccer practice and we do like 100 situp thing every practice so i guess thats what its from, its like the ver top of my abs and my bottom ribs its kinda bad i cant really stand up straight has anyone had this before, is there anything i can do to loosen it up?
 
try a massage? i dont know if they have upper ab massages? could work. or just load up on tylenol.
 
yea dude just lie down and stretch out as far as you can, and then massage it where it hurts. should get better in a few days or so
 
strech your abs by lieing on your stomach, then use your hands to push up your sholders. Since your way sore your not going to be very flexable. If I were you I would strech slowly. Strech for a minute or two. give it a rest then strech again. Doe this a dozen times or so. It wont solve your problems but it might help. Hot tub can be a good thing to.
