well theywere used for a year and right when i got in them i moved the heeling binding as short as i could to fit my boot and my right boot fits great but my left one is all loose........what the hell

It's pretty hard to tell what's going on from your description, you could take it to your local shop and see what they say.

ya welli just looked at it some more and from an EYE MEASURING it looks as if the left bindings is about a 3/4 centimeter more spread out the the right one? why the hell would you mount a bindings farther apart then the other one

If some one has two radically different sized feet sometimes they buy two pairs of boots. U should take it to your local shop and have them do an ASTM/ remount.

you didn't tell me you moved the heel piece... when you do that it changes the mounting position. I know the kid who rode them has the same size boot (left and right). Take them to the shop, they might be able to take care of it and get back to me and I'll see what I can do for you. Sorry for the trouble.

i didnt move the mounting peice at all just the heel binding that can be moved up and down with like a flathead.......i tried both the left and right boot in the left ski and the boots' toe is loose

It's very possible the toe or heel on one of your boots is over worn (walking on pavement). That will affect the vertical pressure and make the binding appear loose. Some boots have replaceable toe and heel pieces.
You might also want to consider cat tracks. They look lame, but they'll save hundreds in premature boot replacement.

maybe i didnt make it to clear..........i tried both my left and right boot into the left ski/binding and they were both loose. Also after measuring the binding IS IN FACT spaced out about half a centimeter!

So that just means your left boot is more worn out than you right. The same thing happend to me. All you have to do is move the binding up a little bit.
