Sony xplod sub help!!!

are the Sony XS-L122P5 12" Subs pretty good, loud? i can get a good deal on these, i think there good but i need to know for sure. if anyone has them let me know how they are.

sony is on the low end for loudness and quality. If i were you id look around for something else like Polk MoMos if you have the funds

You might want to take a look at elemental designs. They make great subs and comps, and while more expensive, are worth it. The y're subs have a tight clean bass, but are still really loud.

yep, sony is all about the name. the quality sucks. go with some alipine type r's. i have 1 12 and its plenty loud with a 1000 watt amp.

do not i repeat do not get them they are the crapyest out there on the market if u whant a good sub go to www.alpasonik.com and look at the 600 series 12" it pounds hard
