Sony DCR-VX2100

Bad site, there are sooo many of these. They just send you a body and no guts etc. Its sooo dumb but somehow doesn't get shut down.
 
skateperception.com and ebay are the only legit sites where you will find any high end camera for a decent price, and yes, a vx2100 is a "legit" camera, but dont buy it and expect to be gettting a ski movie quality image right off the bat, it takes alot of knowledge about the camera and getting your presets just right
 
such a good camera if you are really good at videography and know your camera and know what you are doing, otherwise the shots look like a 1 chip consumer camera....based off of personal experience, i am a vx2k1 user and owner
 
yeah its an awesome camera, but have to pretty much always spend some time setting it up and using manual settings or you might as well go to walmart and buy a 200 dollar handi cam cause it will look better.  

you have to spend a shitload of time setting up and everything on pretty much any high end camera though.  
 
before you ever buy a camera, ALWAYS check resellerratings.com for any website, when it comes to cameras, "if it's too good to be true, it is" but yes that camera is very sick, I have the 2k and I love it, you should be able to find a legit real one used in the vacinity of 1800$ on ebay i believe
 
DO NOT PURCHASE OFF THAT SITE!! i got ripped off by one of those sites, dont do it. Ebay is for sure the way to go for the vx2100, i got mine for 1700 off ebay + good condition.
