It only comes with the camera and a 128 megapixel memory stick. no usb or anything. it works perfectly, its just my older brother and i stopped using it since we got a better video camera. the cam takes movies and still life.

oh and i checked, the cam is worth 150 and the memory card is 35-45..so even 75 is such a good deal
