I just thought it would be cool to see what songs some NS'ers consider a must when embarking on a trip on mushies or acid, or any drug that enhances music!

The last time I tripped was on 4 grams of powdered mushies in rice krispie squares, they were fucking strong and when I was reaaalllyyy peaking I just went and layed down with my nice headphones and listened to dark side of the moon. It was amazing. I haven't done mushrooms since because it was just toooo crazy. Definitely a life changing trip.
 
have a feeling this thread will be fail. everytime, every person, every trip, every general experience is different. I could have a high time kickin it with some gd, or be spun out raging electro at 4am at a fest.

Some of the shows I like to trip with most wouldn't have individual songs people would post in this thread. And if your sitting at your computer going through one youtube song at a time, you're clearly doing it wrong.
 
Awesome man. That can get pretty instense. I did that solo in the would in the evening once. Was really dark errie and fucked up but it was sick. Like scared but lovin it. Felt the need to get a little darkness in to change it up.

I dont really like to listen to just single songs while tripping, i feel like the cd all the way through gives is almost like an adventure
 
Pink Floyd, Animal Collective, Radiohead, Fleet Foxes, Miike Snow, anything that has a good beat and is 'organic'
 
i think the best music to listen to while high on anything is any music that you personally love and means the most to you. music you can relate to past experience and can truly take you places. its different for everyone.
 
dark side of the moon, the two older MGMT albums (the good ones), any glitch mob, nalepa, deadmau5, jimi hendrix (band of gypsies and experience hendrix)

if youre just really keyed, all of the above with stuff like kid cudi, collie buddz, cali p, munga, mac miller, led zeppelin

powdered is the way to go. i find the effects to be much stronger. the only way i take them now, I make capsules, an oz fits in 50 capsules, its perfect for travelling. My last trip was a few months ago, I did e(i know i know but its all i could find) and an 1/8th of shrooms. mind fucking blowing. best trip iv ever had
 
when you're on any kind of drug, just play your own favorite music. there is no exact genre or anything you have to listen to.

high ≠ tripping
high = weed, crack, meth, etc
tripping = mushies, acid, dmt, peyote, etc

Personally, i wouldnt enjoy tripping to any of these songs besides the pretty lights songs. For instance take a look at Excision-Shambhala 2010, Datsik- Want some more, Datsik- Blaze it up...Etc. It's all about the whompy, synthy sounds while your tripping balls. End of story.

HEY DRUGS ARE BAD, no one should do drugs, they can kill you. People die from this kinda thing, and everyone on here is joking around about what songs to "trip to"
