My mom thought I came out once to facebook.

I got a text from her saying, "Rachel, we support you 100%, call us when you're ready."

I had had a really long talk with one of my best friends who was going through a really tough break up. So I had made my status, "Liva, I love you and just because things are tough, doesn't mean they will stay that way."

Yep... mom thought I was a lesbian after that. At least I know if I ever decide to make the switch, I've got a supportive family!

My parents sucked about the whole thing.

Pretty sure I'm on the prayer list at their church to help me see the light eventually and bow down to jebus and all that shit.

A lot of people suck at parenting. People bitch that their kids don't tell them things, then when they do they turn it into a huge shitstorm.

Props to any parents that handle this issue at least rationally.
