yea, i'm in canada and i was more interested in this election than any other mainly becuase it's probably going to be the one to have the most impact, and i hope in a good way and not a bush way....

but don't quote me on this cause i don't know shit! and i like obama not just cause he's black but becuase....well he's black! haha
 
if you close your eyes and just listen he sounds black, but then if you open them you realize he is black but the digital filter he filmed with makes it look like hes white.
 
if by black you mean white, check his other videos that are in color.

I don't understand the point...did I miss something? What's his message? What are all these people doing to help other than voting? I'm just confused, not trying to start a hate thread. Can someone give me a different perspective on this?
 
So he's saying we should all work hard to make the country great. What does this have to do with Obama? Shouldn't we do that regardless of who the president is?
 
we should, i think he's just reiterating that point and that everything we think obama stands for really won't actualize unless we put forth the effort. I'm sure you recognize that people might think their job is done now that he's been elected into office.
 
Thats exactly his point. Everyone makes a big fuss about the elction every 4 years and we hear/do nothing in between them.

If the people wanna see real change, they need to bring it about themselves. illDoctrine believes that electing obama will make that job easier then it would have been if McCain was elected. Either way, we need to stop crying about the shape of our world and get our hands dirty!
