take your reactors, and your p12s (both pieces) and put them on a damn scale....thanks, let us know.

I mounted my reactors on my invaders and thought damn these are heavy, then i picked up my 1080s with p12s on em and realized they are about the same.

dont tell me what to get dude, Ive had rossi and looks for years.....there is reasons behind giving the reactors a shot. Ive got the rossis i used last season as a back up....and Line stand behinds there shit.

Where did line get this bad rep? I bought some 1260's three years ago and all the user reviews said they would break. I rode them hard for 3 seasons and they are still fine.

all bindings r heavy, i mean they'd probably break if they weren't. unless they were made out of titanium which means they'd cost heaps,

look + rossi have the best i reackon

I can make a huge difference especially when you're switching to or from heavier bindings. I used to have some Marker 8.2s that were heavier than hell, and I switched to Titanium 1200s and was amazed by the difference. Another thing, why does everyone on this forum hate Marker? They aren't the best, but they're solid. I didn't break my 1200 Ti's until the last week of two hard years of riding. They rarely prereleased and were light as fuck. I realize that Look/Rossis are better, but theat doesn't mean Markers are shit. If anyone finds Marker FreeRide bindings for a good price, and you usually can, I highly recommend picking them up. They're so choice.

or dang near it, i mean look is owned by dynastar who is owned by the same company as rossignol is = same binding different name.

mine the brakes kept getting caught when i landed swich and it bend the heel peice of the binding, something that had never happend with my p12's. my markers didn't hold up, and i hated them. although the p12 sometimes likes to get friendly with the butthole and rape you once in a while, i still love the old ones with the pivot heel.

good thing you have some bindings for backup, the only people that can use reactors and not break them are either 7 years old or 60 and are groomer skiers.

burrito, everyone hates marker because they dont have a direct vertical release in the toe, you have to kick out to the side before the vertical release kicks in. so, if you land backseat real bad, a look/rossi or salomon binding will release (as it should) whereas the marker will either not release and screw your knee up bad, or not release and the toe peice will explode. i've seen both happen plenty of times.

im sick of this fucking kid. they arent being discontinued, that is a blatant lie, and they specifically said they were planning on working vigorously to improve the binding. go back to the OC with your boyfriend.

Actually thats completley untrue. No binding on the market has a vertical releasibility in the toe to make any sort of difference. The reason people hate marker is because they have less elastic travel(side to side movement in the toe) that and the fact markers wont also pop your boot back into the ski positiong after you do semi release sideways.

I hate marker so much... its the only binding ive ever broken... where the heel piece completely exploded... and now i have them on my elizabeths and i regret it so much... i prereleased at least 20 times skiing 2 weekends ago, twice i almost got hurt from it... they just suck ass

k ready? these are last years looks since thats what most people are still running:

Look:

P18 - 1130g

P14 - 1310g w/lifters - 1400g

P12 and P10 - 1285g w/lifters 1390

Line:

R12 and R10 - 1800 g

does that settle it?

people can say all they want about line bindings breaking.....I havent ridden em yet so I havent broken them. I have however broken the salomon 912s, look p12s, and rossi axiums, each more than once in the past three years.....

At least Line will take good care of me as none of the above ever warranteed my shit.
