Just get some used ace of spades, probably be a little stiff, but when they r broken in, pretty close to what u want what u want.
 
what else does it need other than a specific flex pattern? Whatever specific tech goes into a ski, fiberglass, edge types, top sheet, etc etc... is important i guess, but I've listed the major things. Maybe I missed the sidecut, traditional or elliptical ... havent decided.
