Someone explain how this is possible,

Okay so this has happened to members in the past, i can remember reading threads on it. but i'm not a computer genius and don't really understand how it could be possible...

but sometimes, when i log out of my account and into another one, or if someone gets on at my house or whatever, it will sign onto my account. and by no means is it a settings mishap where your auto password memory thing signs you in. i have sat here and typed out a completely different account name and password and signed onto my normal account, with my threads, my cults, my pictures, and my messages.

also sometimes i will have two browsers open and logged onto two different accounts at the same time. and things will get really mangled. i'll be on my account and have messages coming to me from another account. and sometimes it will just similate itself to the same account compeltely without logging out or anything.

it's really cool and amazes me.

i dont know, but that is pretty crazy. try deleting your cookies and clearing your cache.

does any1 no the name of the song that goes WHOOHO! dunananna WHOOHO!skierdude11

please... that is not a question... it is a quote. i know the song. and no, most of you have it wrong anyway.

it is because of cookies and session variables.

when you sign in the first time you are sent a cookie that stores all sorts of data like you username etc. If you open another window and login with another account both browsers consistently over write the cookie with their own data. so login 1 creates the cookie, then login 2 ovver writes it then login 1 gets confused and starts returning message for login 2 in the login1 window.

don't do it, it gives the server a headace.
