5 and 6 are my favorite because they gave me a real sense of vertigo, and i really felt what you must have felt as you took them. they had good colors and shadows that helped enhance the picture, but the others bored me a little. they werent really that interesting

I liked the last shot because of the timing. The best photos are taken near sunrise or sunset due to the longer shadows, etc. Know where you want to go, and give yourself ample time to set up a shot before sunset/sunrise and it will turn out better.

interesting subjects, I like the first one with the leaves and the fire escape one, and the last one, really good quality pictures too.

i liked 6. it had good complimentary colors and good lighting, but i think you could have gone a little wider and gotten the tip of the tower in, but its still good without the tip

the last one is my favorite

really good lighting

i wish you had gotten the tower tip but overall really nice work!

second to last was my favorite. reminds me of how lucky i am to live where i live (vermont)

Your point being..?

Definitly some good pictures, the first one is so clear.

And I really like the shadow on the basketball net for some reason.

you should really learn composition techniques, it will help your photography immensely. From rule of thirds, to leading lines. Compositionally your best shots are 3 and 5. Some are just cluttered and don't look like they have a subject, but it looks like you have a strong start. can't wait to see more

Thanks, thats actually pretty helpful.

and to stacks guy

yeah I went for a walk around my town and took picture of things that I thought looked cool.

as a photographer thats exactly what you want to do. Whenever you have a camera in your hand and have time just shoot everything and anything. The amount of times i have waited for a streetcar and just shot random things, even firehydrants...anything can and is art, but its in the eye of the beholder....each has his/her own perspective/the way you see something thus creating a different image. If you are interested in anything and have more questions feel free to PM me
