What are the talking about, after the olympics shawn white was on every talk show in the country. They even had their own movie in theaters, remeber "First Descent". Give me a break.
 
Not to mention all the HP advertisements with shawn white and burton, and the master card commercial.
 
Hahaha that is amazing. Little do they know we are the ones that are trying to get exposure and snowboarding is over exposed. I guess these kids are a little out of touch of their own sport.

i dont get it everybody fuckin snowboards now, there isn't a single skier in my entire res at UVIC retards still think there are more skiers then snowboards and that there rebelious cus there mom and dad ski they are retards

It seems to me that the hate is generated by the shittiest weekend warriors. All of the talented dedicated skiers and snowboarders are chill with each other for the most part. I am completley fine with snowboarding, I think its fucking rad and like it or not, MODERN freestyle skiing would be nothing without snowboarding.

People, as funny as this is (pretty funny), I bet the Burton forums are the poser/noob forums. There are probably better ones with more educated people on them.

definitely kids on burton forums are about 95% gapers which is not much better than this site which i estimate to be about 85% gapers. that post from the guy who claims to be the associate editor of Snowboard Canada was pretty disgusting.

i would say that we should make accounts on the burton forums and start preaching some skier snowboarder love, but since most of the ppl on there are some gaper tools who decide to purchase from burton since its a rebel company, it wouldnt be worth the bother
 
The number of sponsored, paid skiers has exploded since the Glen Plake days. Each should buy the next pro snowboarder they see a beer for showing the snow industry how it needs to pay athletes in order to promote its sports, and build teams in order to create brand identity. this guys a fuckin idiot
