Some lady Just jumper off a bridge onto the interstate and landed 4 feet from my car going 65mph

Yeah, to tell the truth I dont know when I pulled the ebrake, I just know I swerved and my tires locked up i just know my brake was on after I cam to a stop, wasnt realy thinking about it at the time for obvious reasons, so who knows if it was just me hitting the foot brake or both or ebrake at the end

What an experience. Driving is so dangerous and people take it for granted all the time, but no safety feature is going to stop a car from hitting the kid around the corner in your neighborhood or hitting the patch of black ice around the corner. People forget what they drive is a weapon as much as a vehicle. Have fun driving, but don't be stupid about it. Thanks for being cautious, you saved yourself a load of grief.
 
Shit damn that's about as intense it gets. I rear-ended a car on an on-ramp last year because I was checking a text and didn't see the driver ahead break; you're absolutely right. Driving isn't a joke yall. Everyone has got to watch out for everyone.
 
can this be real? i mean it at first it seems like a troll but the way the responses are written makes it almost seem like this person is really a family member of the person that jumped, in which case they should just get off NS immediately before they get offended any more

you telling me that a lady jumps off a bridge he locks his brakes all of them so he has no control of the car with 6 six cars next to him does not hit any of them. then some how on a high way there was a EMT team 45 secs away sounds like bull shit
 
ok the emt was more like 2-3 mins away and all the cars slamed on their brakes and swerved i wrote the story right when i got home, but me and the group of cars were all going 65 and i didnt see it was a person and start to swerve out of the way till 5 feet

Yeah but jumping on to someones car is not too considerate of her to do. Did she think of the impact her splattering on this kids car would have on him for the rest of his life? I doubt it. Not to mention the cost to the OP and any one else if she damaged anything of his. . Even if she didn't die I am sure all those involved in this will never forget this incident

If someone doesn't value their own life, why should I? Suicide is the most selfish act one can ever do. She jumped off a bridge into traffic, putting the drivers in danger; emts have to respond to an easily avoidable casualty; the hospital has to deal with an unnecessary patient; the family has to deal with the emotional stress, not to mention paying for hospital time.

but seriously why a bridge, i have had family members to commit suicide, yes it was selfish and put a lot of stress on our lives, but you can't just bitch about it, we have to move on
 
its kinda weird how someone saying that she is the sister and just so happens to be on ns. this is quite the COINCIDENCE,

and is there insurance for suicidal people falling onto peoples cars.

and if you really were the persons sister, what if the lady actually landed on the car, and ends up killing the people in the car and possibly the people in the other cars, and the lady lived that would be horrible at least that didnt happen,

ok read the fucking story.. she did not jump onto anyones car!!

She was already on the floor when they were still 20 feet away!! and he didnt see her fall.. so it wasnt almost on his car.. he just almost hit her!!

and no she didnt think of that.. but she felt very sorry after we read this blog to her.. she had no intention to hurt anyone but herself!!
