Some guy just got arrested 20 feet from my house

yup. i took some pictures of it. and yes, the first thing i thought was "i am going to tell newschoolers that some guy just got arrested 20 feet from my house" because I was browsing newschoolers when i noticed it was happening out the window.
 
i was sitting on my bed lookin in the top rated video section for something to watch when I heard some voices coming from the parking lot. I look through my blinds and see two guys talking next to a large SUV (guy in green shirt and guy holding flannel shirt). I couldn't really tell what they were saying, but it sounded friendly. Then after about a minute this dude who was holding the flannel started to walk off after what sounded like them saying good bye, but right at that moment a cop came cruising into the parking lot and got out real fast. as that is happening the SUV leaves and the cop quickly asked the guy with the flannel for his ID and then told him to put his hands on the cop car. dude gets searched and cuffed and gets put into the back of the cop car. meanwhile the dude in green is kinda hanging around and then another cop car comes up and sits there for a minute then leaves. The cop keeps talking to the dude who was holding the flannel and while that his happening the guy in the green shirt walks off. the cop walks about 100 feet away from his car and starts searching a blue pick up truck. the cop car that left earlier comes back with the guy in the green shirt in the front seat and a bike in the trunk. apparently the dude with the flannel had a big pair of bolt cutters and was stealing bikes. I actually got an email about recent bike thefts happening around campus so this could have been the guy stealing bikes.
so........ long story short... dude got busted stealing bikes 20 feet from my house. (how exciting... im sure everyone was waiting for there to be a gun and drugs)

I was woken up to the sound of shouting at around 2 am one morning. I got up and looked out the window to see a guy getting chased down my street. The chaser caught up right in front of my house, tackled the other guy onto the pavement, and proceeded to beat the living shit out of him.

I guess I wasn't the only witness, because a cop rolled up fast as fuck and arrested the guy, who didn't even notice the cop until he was right on top of him.
 
i must say i was expecting something along the lines of

so i was looking at top rated videos on ns when a couple of guys who was up to no good started making trouble in my neighborhood....
 
saw some guy get tasered in front of my house. it was pretty funny, the dude was drunk out of his mind and paarked his car next to our mail box and passed out so we called the cops then he wasnt listening to them to get on the hood so they pulled out the taser. it was really funny
 
meh lame story Let me make it better.

I got messed up and decided to post my first thread. (how exciting... im sure everyone was waiting for there to be a gun and drugs)i took some pictures.. maybe i'll put them up
