Here is my issue.Last year I did a competition and won a voucher for a pair of skis ( dont want to name the brand because im not trying to call them out ).
Basically for people that dont know how this works, you write on the voucher the size of skis , and model you prefer and they send you what they have with your address and name.
I did that and sent the voucher the same week that I got the voucher. The organizer of the event told me that I was suppose to get the skis in September since thats when they were getting new stock.
Competition was in February, September passed and I still didnt get anything.I called the said company and the organizer and after several calls I finally got the skis at the end of November to realize they were too small for me. Were talking 161 instead of 171.
At the time I didn't care because my skis were still good. So I tried to sell them, which is really hard when skis are under 170cm. And that didnt work.
At the end of February this year I Broke my skis and I am now left with those skis to ski on. Which im not really sure about. I am leaving for Oregon in May so I still have a month to figure this out. The skis are also still in the original plastic.
What to do people ?

I would first ask the ski company that sent you those if they would accept to give you some 171 if you give them the 161 back, since they're still in the original plastic. If they don't want to, maybe try to sell the skis to a ski shop, so you can at least reduce the costs of buying new skis. Shitty situation, good luck!
