Yesterday I climbed and skied from the summit of Hood which has always been a goal of mine. Snow on top was dense wind blown snow and tough to control speed on. Great trip though

while you were doing that ^ i was busy sitting in a dark classroom and failing a physics and then calc final. so....pretty jealous....

i saw some photos you put on facebook.... is the snow on that spine you climb most of the way up ever good? That shit looks epic to ski.

I think you're talking about the climbing video? and the Hogsback? which is from that spine from Crater Rock up into the Pearly Gates.

But it can get good, out of all the snow up there I think it is that most protected and that's why it builds up so much. I've always thought it looked cool for a jump and this year you don't have to worry about sliding into the crater if you fall.

Let's do it Rowen. I'm back from the 10th-15th and going to try to get any skiing I can. Hopefully the snow comes
