Solomon Shogun?

I currently have the solomon shoguns. I was wondering if this is a good all-mountain and park ski. Or if it is a crappy ski? Any reply would be appreciated.

I just got them and have not had a chance to ride them yet, before I went and tried them out myself wanted to get a general idea of the ski I was riding.

But yeah, I think its a kickass ski for chop, fat enough to handle pow, skis groomed fairly well, although its not going to be the greatest skiing switch.

My friend rides mainly backcountry/steeps on his shoguns and loves them, they've basically not changed them in years but I don't know if this is salomon stubbornness or a winning formula. Also they seemed to hold up reasonably well when my mate took them into the valpark and that's with barons on them. If you want a fairly stiff do everything ski then its a reasonable choice. The construction (cap) isn't great for heavy rail work though.
