Up for sale is a 2015 Armada Balfour Gore-Tex Pro 3L shell in red size small. Bigger than a normal small, measures 29" in length. Worn a couple times but looks brand new. Retails $600 asking $200 shipped for it. I no longer have the hang tags for it, I took them off and can't find them.

Goretex shells are wicked expensive, I have a couple L and XL shells that retailed from $500-600 and could easily be sold for around the same price. This being said, $300 for a small shell is something that might be harder to sell bc not that many people prefer that size.
