I see this all around me nowadays. Everybody is bad at social engineering. The ones that are good at social engineering keep it a secret and pick up all the girls with it because "everything is fair in love and war" right? I say fuck that. That is a selfish mindset that will get you fucked over in the end. People should educate themselves in social engineering, and use it towards something more useful then simply picking up all the girls.
Sun Tzu also noted that "There is no instance of a country having benefited from prolonged warfare." Looking back towards how this can relate to the expert social engineers, Sun Tzu is saying that they are not helping contribute to society. I can prove this by confidently saying that people are wasting precious resources, energy, food, etc. on trying to get laid. There can be countless examples proving this in America.
Of course I understand that people are going to come up to me and say that the world is huge. That I'm only a pissed off narrow minded kid, and that there are indeed groups of people out there that use social engineering as a positive source of information. What I'm saying is that we are not doing enough.
For the sake of humanity we must inform people earlier on about what we must focus our efforts upon. That we are being born into a world where every 20 minutes our population increases 3,000 individuals, and one species of plant or animal becomes extinct. That loss of biodiversity directly signifies that we are entering Earth's most significant biological phenomenon, and that we have got to realize that that population will NOT stop increasing, and our earth will NOT stop being destroyed.
If this rendering of focusing our efforts of Social Engineering towards a more helpful way to humanity were to happen, maybe the American population will stop devolving into more and more low IQ frat boys. Using social engineering in a more honest way would start shifting people towards a happier place to live in. A world that is free of war between ourselves and others. I believe that yes as humans that "all is fair in love and war" but we must stop looking at the war aspect and more towards love. Just keep it a 50/50 balance, not 40/60.
