Oh I know, but the rest of the run was fairly solid. I wouldn't have given her anything in the 80s because she could've got one more hit, but 70s would've been reasonable.
 
props to brita, who had the styliest run, who was able to grab, her was 9 was way stylie and GRABBED. No offence to maddie bowman but this aint aeriels, no pencil spins please, sweet run by marie martinod also
 
this! Britas 9 was gold in compressing to what else is thrown so far, why can't girls do more like that! It is bloody aerials out there, i don't think half their hits are grabbed, please spin a stylish 5 instead of a 9 if you cant grab it.. also they could cut this down to around 8 people final, cause seriously, leave the fucking edge off the wall on your hits, the difference between 2.5 - 3 meters and barley air is enormous!

 
Her flair is by far the sickest flair I've ever seen a girl do in pipe. But as a whole run, not a fan.
 
I wonder If the girls pipe skills can get to Candides level from when he won Xgames OVER A DECADE ago. maybe the Olympics in 2022, to soon? 2026 perhaps?

Maybe they should make a pipe without gravity?
 
how many others can say they filmed with level 1, had a kid, retired, then came back to win a silver medal? pretty sick

stoked for them but seriously, it's time for them to start progressing in everything, i'm gunna get hate for this, but some of it is just hard to watch now. Let's see some CLEAN grabs and spins. It's kinda ridiculous now, let's see some progression like corks in the pipe's or somethin.
 
I can't believe the world (and seemingly the majority of the freeskiing community) is actually under the impression that the Olympic madhouse is what (competitive) freeskiing is all about. After watching the women's olympic pipe final, I can say that it was a truly pathetic showcase of both talent and style for not only the ladies in this one event, but the entire display of "skill" that has gone on during "free"-skiing's international Olympic debut.

And I say "free" in quotations because I don't even have the freedom to say my own subjective opinion on a supposedly public forum for whomever takes their time and has the gusto to read the content an individual took the time to express, so that we might actually start an open discussion on the state of skiing as us regular, everyday folks see it.

to be. I think BroBomb needs to get their own forum, so people would

actually be able to have an open public discussion online without having their

voices silenced by Mods who care more about advertising and public-relations, than building a "free"skiing community. Honestly, its too easy for anyone with half a brain to

decipher the cynicism about where competition skiing is going, so I

won't dis it any further (so long as my comment remains where I post it).

And if the Mods are going to delete legible, constructive, and appropriate posts in the proper discussions for no other reason than their own personal discrepancies in opinion or lack of intelligence at least have the balls to message that poster as to why you think it was acceptable to have the post was removed. Or, Mods, you can just continue blindly clicking delete without any cognitive activity as to what is actually appropriate and what is obviously not, and, by doing so; you will continue to further isolate yourselves from your core riders and rotting out those once deep roots, all for a fatter pocket. So while you continue securing your place as the scummiest capital of hypocracy not only in parks, but on every slope all over the mountain. #IG

Did you watch snowboard pipe? I doubt you did but it's just as bad and it's been an olympic sport since 2002.

LOL... I do this activity called "reading" quite often: as a result, I have developed a grandiose vocabulary which I often utilize in my writing. With this, on top a preschooler knowledge of English grammar I can easily maintain an intelligible discussion with equal minds. However, not every homophone for their last name under 5"10 counts to potato without struggling, so I understand if you don't comprehend, but not everyone needs a thesaurus to fabricate an intellect. Its not your fault though; really schooling is counter-actively making the majority of kids less intelligent, while encouraging them to use harmful drugs and suppress their creativity. Why you might ask? To encourage and increase economic productivity and political patriarchy, of course.

As for snowboarding, well, it just goes to prove my point further .
