I just moved down here to San Diego. Is anyone down here or in LA that skis Snow Summit. I dont really know anyone down here that skis and i kinda want some people to ski with.

 
lots of people wakeboard down there!! I know that for sure. Im not sure how many people ski there though..

hey talk to chimprevolution on here, send him a message, he lives in san diego too. i livein huntington but i try an go up skiing every wekeend

 
i live in LA and ski summit once in a while usally mountain high though.

If you plan on skiing summit talk to craigski he lives at summit.

He is really good though i mean really good.

I work at chick sporting goods here in woodland hills and we have a chicks sporting goods in oceanside if you go in there talk to the people in the ski/snowboard dept. maybe someone there can help you out.

I heard Mt. High sucks is that true. And for those in San Diego - whats there to do down here. Im in to clubbin are there any down here?

 
Cali's pretty bad ass, i moved to mammoth from wisconsin and it's the best thing i've ever done, big mt, pipe and park in one run....yeah.

i live in mammoth but we just bought a second house on the beach in del mar/san diago. nothin like a house at mammoth and a house on the beach :)

mountain high pretty much sucks but it is 45 min from my house and there park is pretty good and if they have snow the pipe isnt bad.

Big bear (snow summit,bear mtn) is about 2.5 3 hours from my house and is better than mt. high but i would rather drive an extra 1.5 hours and head up to mammoth which is in a different league compared to big bear and mt. high even though snow summit has a great park it ends there.

No where in the world can even sligtly compare to livin in so cal. We have everything and especially the bitches. Almost every other ski state is pretty much inbred sloth chicks

 
Yeah, the waves aren't huge but they make great longboard breaks in the towns north of San Diego. The best beaches start around Del Mar and run all the way up to LA.

I worked at mt high as an instructor it has 3 different parks that are decent size dont let anyone tell you that summit and bear have better parks cause you need more snow to make bigger hits and they both get the same amount and make the same amount and they both have the same vertical and are 220 skiable acres and the worst part they are all infested with boarders right infront of all the hits but Ive been everywhere and mt high isnt that bad the park isnt huge but it flws very well is is maintained very well the bottom line is its crowded and if there is a lack of snow all parks are gonna suck and nothing in So ca not even mammoth is all that great I love mt high though cause it was my home mountain even though I lived in huntington beach

p.s. you might want to look into getting onto the ski school they hire anyone that has a decent personality and I can hook youup with the right people all you need to do is show up like 5 or 6 times a month

 
If mammoth sucks why do u have professional skiers who could live anywhere and ski anywhere all moving to mammoth?????

thats what i thought.

As for mountain high the park is good there but nothing compared to mammoth and snow summit has one of the premiere parks in the world.

The only true statement out of your fingers is that the place is infested with boarders who suck cut in front of your line then have no balls to hit the jump and stop on the lip or the table.
