im a snowboarder...and i bought skiis!!!

im totally excited yeah!!!

i think skiing is soooo much better than snowboarding.

yeah!

thats why i am changing my ways.

i got some dope pocket rockets in 165 fo 50 dollars yo!

couple years old. great condition cuz they did belong to a racer.

im super dooper excited

 
word. im 6'2. and those skis are a little small. but i think they will be fun to learn on. i couldnt let the $50 for a pair of good skis pass.
 
a friend of mine has been boarding for years and just this season he decided to switch to skiing, he bought some teneighty's and i'm stoked on seeing that another boarder is switching yo! big ups to you
 
word. yeah i have been snowboarding for 12 or 13 seasons. and for the last 2 to 3 seasons i have thought that skiing was way sicker. i watch skiing videos more that snowboarding videos.
 
Word, I remember seeing a pair for the first time and being awestruck by their fatness. Mind you I do live in Michigan though...

sick!! I rocked pocket rockets for two seasons in the park and loved them! I had the 175 the first year when i was like 14 and then i got the 185 the second year, sick skis! ...as you can see I like longer sis but I'm sure you'll have fun on your 165s!...even though for 6' 2" that seems kinda short....but whatever have FUN!
 
I did the same about 2 years ago, I thought "hey, I'll just do both", well that never happened and I just sold my snowboard 2 days ago. There really is no turning back, it's just too much fun.
 
oh i'll have fun. i think that the skis will be fine. im just learning to re-ski. and if i get better, i'll buy some better skis that will fit my standards.
 
yea my freind got his board jacked an i told him to buy some skis and he got invaders and at the end of his season he was throwin 7's and he hit up windells and through som rodeos
 
i used to snowboard for 8 years and I've been skiing for the last 2. I just bought a new snowboard and am gonna do both this season and see what happens. IMO i think I had more fun snowboarding, and I didn't get into park before skiing and NS so I want to try park on a snowboard too
 
someone brought in a pair to my shop and i waxed them, so i got a pretty good look.feel at them

they were in REALLY good condition and seemed like a totally legit ski.
