So who else thinks the new simpsons episodes are awful??

seriously. the new simpsons are just not funny. i feel like they are trying too hard to be funny and are just epic failing. it doesnt have that "classic" funny feeling anymore. everything is modernized and i dont like it. or maybe its just me...
 
better than those other cartoons (except south park)

not mentioning any names, you all know what i'm talking about
 
dude the 1-8 seasons are comic gold. incvredibly funny and was one of the first sitcom like cartoon family ever. you think family guy is funny that show wouldn't be anywhere without the simpsons.
 
i find the new ones hilarious, mind you i have only seen a couple. i think they are starting to get a little bit into family guys style, except actually make it good.
 
I think this season is the best one in about five years. I think they have kept it consistently funny for the past 20 years while other shows like family have tanked in less than half the time.

Some of the new ones are meh. Others are pretty good.

Overall, The Simpsons is better than Family Guy, IMO
 
i think its the worst EVER. there were 2 simpsons on sunday night, one from this season and one from 2 seasons ago. what an insane difference, i didnt laugh at all throughout the new one, but the older one had me constantly laughing. same thing with family guy too. this season BLOWS. they are copying all their material from previous seasons and its really irritating.
